Experiment with sandbag from side to side

I don't remember the name of what I'm doing with my legs on this one.

It's good for the abs, though.

I use a 30-pound sandbag.

First post

I don't like to go to a gym for workouts. So, I experiment with lots of little things and accessories, to have fun while trying to do some serious workouts, with dumbbells, kettebells, resistance bands (tubes and elastic), an improvised bench, ankle and wrist weights, pull up bars, a stepper, a (sort of) medicine ball, short resistance bands for legs, all the while thinking of protecting the floor, because it all happens in my home office.
I want the stuff I use to be installed and removed fast, and to not take too much storage space.
I will put pictures and videos to show demonstrations of my "work in progress" home gym.

I love to try things in regards to exercises.
A few minutes ago, I took my medicine ball and threw it from left to right and back while doing squats.
I guess I need to do a video to show what I mean.

The video was made with my Samsung tablet.
It took me a few minutes to find out how to upload the video in a way that it can be seen on mobile devices.
First, I looked for a way to upload it in the Blogger app. I tried to find help, to no avail.
Then I put the video on Dropbox. Then I went on my PC to upload it in the article from Dropbox.
It was a failure, because my tablet said it couldn't load a plug in to show the video in my browser.
Finally, I uploaded the video on my YouTube channel, as unlisted, because I didn't want anyone to see it directly on my channel, since it's a video I did very fast, with no finishing touches.

It is now visible on a PC or mobile.
